In addition to their full-time jobs at prestigious consulting firms in D.C., Rob and Kevin are directors at Synergy Ministries, one of endPoverty’s most valuable technical partners.  Synergy is a non-profit composed of volunteer Christian professionals dedicated to using their talents in strategy, operations, and information technology to benefit ministries worldwide.  Over the past five years, Rob and Kevin have helped organize and lead multiple Synergy teams made up of volunteer consultants from companies like McKinsey & Co., JP Morgan Chase to lend their expertise to our partners in South Africa, Uganda and India.  Rob and Kevin’s teams have helped implement new loan tracking systems, lead strategic planning sessions, and build new websites for our partner organizations.
