How we work

Job Creation

Small and Growing Business Program (Kua Ventures)

The SGB program provides affordable capital and coaching to support high potential, faith-driven enterprises that can create quality jobs for hardworking individuals.

Microenterprise Development Program (MED)

We partner with local organizations, with a firm understanding of the community, to identify micro-entrepreneurs looking for support to start or grow their businesses, so they can provide for their families.

Skills Development

Young Entrepreneurs Program (YEP)

In August 2021, we launched the Young Entrepreneur Program, training 79 young men and women in Uganda and Cameroon. For six months they received technical skills from experienced entrepreneurs, increasing their employability and creating opportunities for them to form micro enterprises.

Harvest Program

HARVEST - a Holistic Approach for Rural Vulnerable Entrepreneurs through Sequential Training. The Harvest Project prepares female business owners to serve as community leaders. We have established a support network for the women in Bangladesh who run their microenterprises. Providing them with the ability to succeed in business while simultaneously enabling them to band together to protect one another from domestic abuse.
